Author, Lecturer, Researcher and Captain.

Scott Davis is a retired Naval Aviator and Airline Captain.  In addition to Aviation, he has a life-long interest in Myth, Philosophy and Religious Studies.  Toward that end he holds a B.A. in Philosophy from Syracuse University, has accomplished post-graduate work in Sanskrit and South Asian Philosophy at McMaster University in Canada, and holds an M.A. in Humanities from the University of W. Florida where he occasionally has served as Adjunct Professor.  He is a researcher into Mythology, Folklore and Spiritual Studies.

He is the author of Mythosophy:  The Wisdom of Myth (2001) and other writings.  He conducts a monthly lecture series on “The Wisdom of Myth.”  He is available for speaking engagements.
